Production lead time : Production time is 30–45 days after order confirmation.
Packing : Each piece packed in polybag, 50 pcs per inner box, strong master carton.
Payment terms : 30% advance, 70% before shipment OR LC.
Shipping terms : FOB Chittagong Port, Dhaka International Airport, Bangladesh.
Sample policy : Sample lead time 7 days. Sample cost refundable on bulk order.
After Sales / Complaint handling : Any quality problem, we will replace or compensate for the defective pieces within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Delay issue : If any delay happens, we inform you in advance and share the new shipping schedule.
